Cancellation and Refund Policy for Fabric Creations Online Painting Education Institute

  1. Non-Refundable Fees: Fees paid to Fabric Creations for any course or service are non-refundable under normal circumstances. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded.
  2. Adjustment for Next Batch: In case a student is unable to join the current batch for any reason, Fabric Creations offers the option to adjust the fees paid for the next available batch of the same course. The student must inform Fabric Creations of their decision not to join the current batch before the batch commences.
  3. Procedure for Adjustment: To avail of the adjustment for the next batch, the student must contact Fabric Creations at least one day before the start date of the current batch. Fabric Creations will then confirm the adjustment and provide details for joining the next batch.
  4. Exceptions: Fabric Creations reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events. Requests for refunds or adjustments based on exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  5. No Show: If a student fails to inform Fabric Creations of their decision not to join the current batch and does not attend any classes, no refund or adjustment will be provided.
